Our Founder
Mr. Domiciano Martinez is the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Merodoma Consulting Group, Inc. He is a retired Supervisory Special Agent for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Homeland Security Investigations (HSI). During his distinguished career spanning over 30 years, Mr. Martinez supervised and coordinated complex criminal investigations that were multi-jurisdictional and extraterritorial.
He has held several key leadership positions within DHS, including:

Mr. Martinez holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the Inter American University of Puerto Rico, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a 4.0 GPA.
